Become Pre-QualifiedPre-Launch Support
As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training to prepare initiatives. We conduct 50 hours of initial training, divided between virtual hours and time at our headquarters in Shelby Township, MI. We cover brand culture, daily operations, sales techniques, and financial management to bring an additional owner or your designated manager fully up to speed.
Ongoing Support
We then visit you in your Acorn Pro Painting territory for 3 to 5 days of in-market support following your launch program. As an owner, we support your entrepreneurial initiatives as a business leader overseeing your team. Two people become actively engaged in your local community as a business leader overseeing your team, with the recommendation to bring an additional trained owner or your designated manager.
